Michael Pierce believes in building more than roofs — he's committed to building up the community that has supported his business for nearly three decades.
GBASO
Green Bay Action Sports Organization
Michael serves on the board of GBASO, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to develop youth social, physical, and leadership skills by partnering with the community to provide access to action sports and educational opportunities.
His son has been involved with GBASO since he was a kid and now works with the organization. It's truly a family affair — giving back is woven into the fabric of who the Pierce family is.
Michael volunteers his time mentoring young athletes, joins them for winter sports programs, and inspires kids through his own story of overcoming adversity. He shows them firsthand that setbacks don't define you — and that there's nothing you can't accomplish with determination.
