Michael serves on the board of GBASO, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to develop youth social, physical, and leadership skills by partnering with the community to provide access to action sports and educational opportunities.
His son has been involved with GBASO since he was a kid and now works with the organization. It's truly a family affair — giving back is woven into the fabric of who the Pierce family is.
Michael volunteers his time mentoring young athletes and joins them for winter sports programs. He shows up for these kids with the same dedication he brings to every roofing project — because he genuinely believes that investing in the next generation is one of the most important things a person can do.
